We can provide you with top quality engineered drawings for interlocking block, wooden or concrete retaining walls. We can also discuss with you the pros and cons of each type of wall. Engineering calculations are included in our fee. The documents will be signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered in the state of Maryland and would be used to obtain your building permit.

Home Addition Design

We can provide you with top quality engineering and architectural drawings that meet the latest building code requirements. We will also discuss with you the need to meet all applicable environmental, zoning, and health department regulations. Additionally, we can provide you with plans and calculations for opening up load-bearing walls. Residential Structural Inspections

Our engineer will make a thorough inspection of your structure or, if you desire, address specific concerns outlined in a home inspector’s report. The only engineer that we send on our inspections is our president, Mr. Roscoe. He prefers to have you accompany him on the inspection so that he can tell you what he is seeing, what he is thinking, how he is interpreting what he is seeing, what conclusions he is coming to and what recommendations he will be making. You will receive a detailed, written report signed and sealed by Mr.Roscoe.
